At Signature Events By Design, we pride ourselves on creating unforgettable experiences. We specialize in community festivals, vendor events, large private parties and corporate gatherings, designing each event with meticulous attention to detail. Current Events
All of our community events are FREE to attend. The unique thing about us, we also offer the VIP Guest Experience. The VIP Guest Experience entitles you to free access to all of the GAMES, ACTIVITIES, and, RESERVED seating without having to purchase "Activity Tickets".
We also offer a unique and special "Quality of Care" to all of our vendors. If you want be a vendor for any of our events please complete the vendor registration to be added to our vendor mailing list. Behind every service we provide is a dedicated team of professionals, each bringing their unique expertise and enthusiasm to our business.
Community Well Women's Awareness Event- Date: TBA
The Community Well Women’s Awareness Event is an empowering, educational gathering designed to break the silence around perimenopause, menopause, and women’s midlife wellness. This event brings together healthcare professionals, wellness experts, fitness leaders, mental health advocates, and local businesses to provide resources, screenings, products, and support tailored specifically for women 40+.
Future Forward - College & Career Fair - Date: TBA
The Future Forward College & Career Fair is a dynamic community event designed to connect students, families, and young professionals with colleges, universities, trade schools, employers, and career development organizations. This interactive experience provides valuable information about higher education pathways, vocational training, internships, scholarships, and emerging career opportunities.
The Well Runs Drive-Date: TBA
The Well Runs Dry is a bold, emotional, and often humorous stage production that explores menopause, mental health, family secrets, and generational healing. Set during one unforgettable weekend of a wedding, baby shower, and family reunion, buried grief resurfaces and forces one family to confront what they’ve avoided for years.

Signature Events By Designs isn’t your average vendor event host. We recognize you as more than just a business owner — you’re also a devoted family member and a committed community supporter. To us, you’re the complete package, and you deserve to be treated with respect.
Our vendor fees are designed with you in mind. We offer affordable promotional packages, flexible payment plans, and one flat vendor rate for each event — only adjusted during special promotions. Our dedicated team is here to ensure you have everything you need to be successful from start to finish.

All of our events start at the Standard rate of $80.00 and will never go up. If you are a Non-Profit w/ IRS paperwork
Standard Non-Profit Vendor Fee is $50.00

We understand as a small business times get tough.
Reserve your spot with $40.00 NOW and pay
the balance 2 Weeks Before the event.

Vendor Guidelines
Signature Events By Designs is not responsible for any lost or stollen property at any of our sponsored events. While we hold the necessary EVENT insurances it is in the BEST interest of each vendor to carry their own liability insurance.
** We will have Vendor "Meet & Greets" to ensure all vendors are on the same page. *****
PLEASE be aware of your products, items and personal things.
- Complete vendor registration form. Must include the names of your team that will be receiving a "Vendor" badge. (ONLY 2 badges are included with registration- additional badges can be purchased for $5.00 ea.)
- Bring one 6 ft or 8 ft table (must have table cloth) w/ 1 or 2 chairs.
- Provide a small trash can for trash, or have a trash bag for trash.
- Space must be kept tidy and have a neat appearance.
- Canopy/tent recommended - should not be larger than 10x20.
- If using a generator it MUST be a newer one and cannot be loud or disperse fumes. Must be 20 feet from food.
- All food vendors must have - Cottage license * Food Handlers card (Can show proof 15 days before event)
- All food vendors MUST wear gloves when handling food products regardless if they are prepackaged or not.
- *** If food is NOT prepackaged vendors must wear a hair cap/net*****
